How was this cheddar?
Tasted like notging, felt like plastic. Not worth buying. We would have been better off with Babybel or any other kind of cheddar.

If possible, get this with the cloth bound; looks more authentic and rustic and I believe it tastes better.

Not properly aged? No crystals, soft texture
I typically love Keens Farmhouse Cheddar, but it also is typically a fairly dry cheese with crunchy crystals - somewhat similar to Parmigiano-Reggiano, but not quite that firm. This is just... nicely-flavored but still soft Cheddar. I'm not sure if WF is buying it with less-than-usual aging. It seems unlikely the cheese itself has changed, given its venerable status.
