can i use this to charge a hoverboard?

Depends on the hover board. You’d have to make sure the input for the charger matches the pins on this but more importantly, you need to make sure the voltage and amps requirements match. Somewhere on the sticker of the hoverboard it should show the input requirements and then make sure it matches this or any other power supply you’re going to buy
