Mainly hotel gym benches. This bench does not wobble or creak and pop at all and is very easy to adjust. Extremely light for how sturdy it is and very comfortable. I weigh about 230 and have been using them to press 100lb dumbbells (total weight 430) and it’s awesome so far. The flat position is a pain at first as some have mentioned but I like that it has that extra support. I took a pic of the information included in the box that states this bench is rated for 1000lbs max as advertised. Awesome bench! Worth the money!
