A nurse recommended this to me. Now whenever I get thigh cramps, which are often excruciating, I pour a tube into an 8-oz bottle, shake vigorously, drink -- and the cramp resolves MUCH faster than it would otherwise. Usually within a few minutes. Amazing stuff. I keep a few tubes in my purse, daypack, kitchen drawer, nightstand, and car so it i always handy. I have been using Drip Drop for years and it's the only electrolyte drink I've found that actually tastes good and is cost effective. I work outside in the heat and run daily which means I sweat a lot so Drip Drop has been so effective in keeping me hydrated and functioning properly. The packaging says to use it in 8 oz of water but I use 16 oz and the taste is still great. It can leave a sugary/sweet aftertaste though which I don't mind but others might.
