So if i put this on my m6 mark ii will it be a 16mm or a 25mm?

I also have a M6 Mark ii. Very happy with it. It's a 16mm lens, but with the crop, it is roughly a 25mm equivalent lens if on a full frame camera with no crop. 16mm x 1.6 crop factor = 25.6mm equivalent.

Does this have image stabilization built into the lens? Or would I need to rely on my cameras image stabilization for video? Thanks!
