1. First, you need to install 3 [AA batteries]; 2. The switch at one end of the battery box controls the three modes of "OFF"/"FLASH"/ and "ON"; 3. "ON" for the steady mode, and "FLASH" for the flashing mode.

Use your thumb and forefinger to pinch on both sides of the power box and pull out. To turn off the power box is also to pinch both sides and push inward. Be careful not to press the power supply with your thumb and push it out from the front, which may damage the power box
