Will these fit Airpod pro 2?

They cover up the microphone on the top of the AirPod. I used a dremel to cut an opening exposing the microphone and they work just fine. I’ve only had them a week so I can’t speak to the longevity but for <$10, if I get a few months out of them, I’ll consider it to be worth it.

Can these fit over skullcandy earbuds?

I don’t know about Skull Candy, but they fit and work amazingly well with my AirPod Pros.

I have small ears and find airpods to be uncomfortable. I'm wondering if anyone has used these to help with that situation? Thanks!

If you have regular Airpods these may help you. With some diligence, you can mold them to make your AirPods fit without having to shove them deep into your ears. However, these will not work with Airpod Pro at all. They block communication on the AirPod Pro and will prevent them from connecting to your phone or iPad.
