Why is there a Prop 65 warning?

It is 100% aluminum, so is no more harmful than a can of cherry soda, and I don't remember any warning, but sometimes manufacturers will apply that warning because they don't want to pay for testing.

What kind of hardware should be used to mount to the outside of a tear drop camper? Size, length?

Not enough info....how thick is the wall, what is it made of, how much weight are you hanging ??? If just the table you must take into consideration objects on the table, people leaning on the table, etc !!
