Razer Junglecat - Option A - Portable Dual-Sided Gaming Controller for Android One Size,Black

I started using my phone for steam link and geforce now but struggled to find a "phone controller" that had accurate joysticks. This does, feels very similar to the switch joycon. My only criticism is the layout of the sticks. I prefer the switch style of having the right joystick underneath the buttons, putting the buttons in a more comfortable position for the right hand. Personal preference, but I feel this controller slightly uncomfortable for the right thumb as a result. Worth it for the great quality joysticks though.

This could have been a game changer for mobile phone gaming with all the R&D razer invested into this product but it's such a massive missed opportunity. They control are tiny for like kids hands and not very high quality build. The worst is that it only comes with limited cases and hence limited the use of this pad. You can buy any other cases from even Razer themselves so if your phone is not compatible you out of luck or even if its compatible and you damaged the case you are also out of luck might as well use it for other purposes. Also it doesn't mention anywhere you got to 2 choices option A or B which come with different cases in the box but both default case will be the Razer phone 2 which is pretty non main stream phone. Even then you won't be able to replace the phone case. The app is very basic and don't do all the control you register it for on screen. Hence if you looking for a control to turn your phone into a Roms handheld gaming machine you are set to few limited options. It would have been great if you can pay or even get 3D print blue prints for the cases to get them made yourselves. Also after investing like £100 for this controller you have to make sure you don't change your phone for the foreseeable future. Which also limits the resale value and buyers for the pad. Think carefully before purchase I check the contents and my phone case for Samsung Note 9 wasn't supplied in the box right away I contact Razer helpline but I was told what I have reviewed here regarding phone cases options or replacements. I have returned the product within a day of its arrival. Last advice you better off with a Nintendo Switch or Switch lite

I wish it would be advertised that it doesn't work with all games and to have a referral link to a list of the games it works with. Also, the cases are very specific and only for a limited selection of phones (check the description before buying) and is not adaptable, so you can not just fit any phone in it. Quality of the controller seemed good, but didn't really had a chance to test it as I sent it back.

Smaller than I expected, controls themselves are akin to the Nintendo Switch ones which isn't so clear from the picture (not sure what I expected). They are kind of small. Build quality of the controllers and bluetooth functionality both OK but have been stung by Razer in the past in these areas. Buttons don't feel especially high quality. On right control buttons and stick needed to be swapped round (especially if a Nintendo Switch user). The plastic trays which hold your phone are frankly bizarre sizes for lots of phone sizes and are just black plastic, somewhat cheap feeling. Considering how poor phone controllers are a whole I feel these are better than most but still only average overall.

Whilst this item specifies this on the box its not the moat clear. i got this for my nephew for his birthday, razer make good products and it was on sale, the issue i have with it is the extremely limited devices this contoller docks with, by that i mean ability to attach to the phone, i assumes the cases it came with were just to make it a little more compatable with certain phones, this is not the case if you do not have the specific phones the cases are designed for this is just a glorfied controller with no attachment to phones making it somewhat redundant. the priduct is solid but they need something that allows you to dock it to more phones.

Tengo un samsung s10+ y juego usando el clip y un mando de Xbox One. Este mando queda muy bien en el teléfono usando la carcasa que trae, muy bonito y recogido pero... No tiene el tacto de un mando de verdad, la cruceta no es de mi agrado para nada, los botones son muy pequeños y para mi lo peor, los gatillos no tienen recorrido, o pulsado o no pulsado, solo eso. La ergonómica tampoco es buena, al cabo de un tiempo notas que todo es demasiado pequeño y muy junto. La idea en sí me encanta, pero creo que ko han intentado hacer tan pequeño y bonito, que les ha quedado eso...bonito, pequeño pero no de "verdad" Saludos

Ho acquistato entrambi i prodotti, e quindi posso parlare con condizione di causa su entrambi di quello che è stata ed è la mia esperienza, prima con il Junglecat e poi con il Kishi. Junglecat: In ordine cronologico ho acquistato il Junglecat qui su amazon a 70€ usato, il controller è ottimamente costruito, i materiali sono buoni ed è sicuramente 3/4 scalini sopra al resto dei controller cinesi che si trovano sulla stessa fascia di prezzo; gli analogici sono cliccabili e molto sensibili, si può giocare a qualsiasi titoli con una eccellente precisione, tutti i pulsanti sono a click, ovvero hanno il feed tipico dei mouse, anche i dorsali, compresi i trigger, quindi non vi permetterà di dosare la pressione su questi pulsanti ma sarà un classico premuto-non premuto, senza vie di mezzo, quindi tenetelo a mente, ciò in cui il controller purtroppo non eccelle è l'ergonomia e la compatibilità, ergonomicamente non è proprio comodossimo lo stick destro, in una porzione così piccola di spazio è abbastanza scomodo, va accettato come compromesso se tra le mani si vuole un controller portatile di tale pregio, il difetto più grande che mi ha costretto ad acquistare il kishi però è la compatibilità, ufficialmente compatibile solo con i 3 dispositivi per i quali sono presenti le cover, ovvero razer phone 2, p30 pro e s10+, io l'ho utilizzato con l's9+ con il case s10+, quindi anche se non avete i telefoni dichiarati compatibili guardate le dimensioni, potreste rientrarci comunque... ma se avete un telefono nettamente diverso vi ritroverete con un prodotto quasi inutile, quasi perché potreste utilizzarlo come controller bluetooth, ma tendenzialmente acquisterete il prodotto per la sua mobilità. Io sono passato al Kishi proprio per questo motivo, cambiando telefono non potevo più utilizzarlo. Kishi: Sono stato costretto ad acquistare questo modello, il junglecat non mi permetteva di utilizzare il controller in mobilità su s20+, dato che le cover sono tutte nettamente più piccole e non ho voluto stampare in 3D un case apposito, volevo comunque qualcosa di qualitativamente impeccabile, senza accrocchi... Ho quindi acquistato il kishi un con una bella dose di diffidenza, l'idea di avere un controller unito con una membrana elastica non mi eccitava e le dimensioni non mi convincevano, ma mi sono ricreduto su tutto, il kishi (versione android nel mio caso, no xbox) risulta ancora più portatile e versatile del junglecat, aprirlo richiede davvero un millesimo di secondo e collegarlo al proprio smartphone è facilissimo e molto pratico, anche se pad alla mano risulta sensibilmente più grande del Junglecat il Kishi è decisamente molto, ma molto più comodo, tutto è stato migliorato, potrete giocare anche per ore rispetto al Junglecat, pur soffrendo ancora un po' la posizione dello stick analogico destro questo risulta comunque decisamente molto più confortevole, i pulsanti perdono il feed stile mouse, quindi il click non lo avrete, infatti il feed che si ha alla pressione dei vari pulsanti è in stile con i controller tradizionali playstation e xbox, la parte elastica è ottimamente implementata, i pulsanti dorsali sono precisi e i trigger permettono di variare la pressione proprio come i trigger dei controller ps e xbox, quindi ad esempio potrete utilizzarli nei giochi di guida per accellerare al 20, 30% e o frenare in modo più dolce, davvero ottimo! Gli analogici sono migliorati, sia in ergonomia che in precisione, qui sono un po' più alti e hanno un maggiore raggio d'azione, quindi il tutto risulta più preciso e gestibile. Assolutamente consigliato! Entrambi i controller sono stati utilizzati sui servizi di gaming in cloud, xbox xcloud, stadia e nvidia geforce now, entrambi sono perfettamente compatibili, evitate la versione xbox che costa decisamente di più e aggiunge solo il pulsante home dellla xbox, non vi servirà a nulla, il kishi per questo scopo è sicuramente più performante, la maggior precisione degli analogici e il range di pressione sui trigger vi permetteranno di godere dei giochi in cloud come se aveste una piccola console tra le mani, il connettore usb c posto sulla parte basssa del controller vi permetterà di caricare il telefono anche se state giocando (non funzionano accessori come cuffie o altre perfireriche, solo ricarica) . Sicuramente il mio consiglio è quello di acquistare il Kishi rispetto a qualunque altro pad per mobile se cercate una modalità di gioco in stile switch, se proprio non vi attira e avete un telefono compatibile con il Junglecat allora potete valutarne l'acquisto, ma io mi sento di consigliarvi il Kishi. Sicuramente lasciate perdere i pad cinesi, ne ho provati molti e sono tutti molto imprecisi nei comandi, specialmente con gli analogici! Comprate un Razer e state tranquilli in termini di qualità!

Bestes Teil zum Zocken aum Smartphone, find ich persönlich fast schon besser als die Teile von der Nintedo Switch. Auch am PC habe ich es ausprobiert und es klappt hervorragend. Für ca 70€ gekauft und kann mich nicht beklagen, anstatt bei Razer für ca 100€ oder mehr... Andere dieser geräte für Smartphone habe ich auch geteste aber keins ist so nice vom Handling und der Optik sowie der passenden Hülle wie das von Razer, Razer macht halt doch einfach richtig gute Qualität. Nebenbei ich habe das Razer Phone 2 dafür in Benutzung was natürlich ultimativ gut zu dem Razer Junglecat Controller passt. Den neuen Controller für Smartphone der rauskam finde ich vom design her und richtig kacke, ich kann diesen nur empfehlen.

Je le dis tout court ce pad est une tuerie... entièrement paramétrable, même un jeu qui n'est pas compatible peut ce jouer au pad, une bombe.
