will this glue work for popsicle craft? im looking for something that dries quickly & is strong

Weldbond is strong enough. The longer it dries the stronger it gets. But it does not not dry quickly.

Can this glue be thinned

Yes. Thinning is recommended for some applications.

Will this work to attach fabric to plastic?

It should work well, it’s not just plain old white glue, I could not guarantee depending what the plastic is or what you are doing with it, but as a glue to have around you won’t be wasting your money.

Will this work on dry epoxy resin?

Hello and thank you for your question Weldbond is PVA based (polyvinyl acetate) and unfortunately PVA glue doesn’t bond with epoxies. Regards
