I don't know if another company is better or cheaper, but this case is fantastic for my new MicroKorg (check sizing first). There is plenty of room for the synth, lots of padding below and above, and an additional space for the mic, cord, and could probably fit a 10ft aux cable and maybe even a thin profile expression pedal or something similar. The box is really sturdy and each latch locks independently (small key), which I didn't know before buying. It's reinforced with metal on all edges, including the opening, plus extra on the corners.
