Exactly as described, everybody is happy
This took care of every aphid in the yard and all the way around the house. This was a great value. It comes with instructions and unboxing and opening packages was incredibly easy. Everything was as described and here it is couple months later and I still find ladybugs outside that I purchased. Makes me feel good cuz that means they've had a lot to eat and all of my plants are blooming quite nicely. I highly recommend this if you have roses in your gardens or yard or any type of aphid at all, these ladybugs will take care of them in no time flat. Very little loss due to death upon arrival. Almost everything was alive and squirming. I think they were 10 that weren't so that's a huge huge amount of positive.

All alive and well
I was kinda nervous to order these ladybugs with the mixed reviews but all 1500 arrived alive and healthy. My only complaint is that I wish they'd offer food for them for when aphids on my indoor plants run out. I've searched all over and nobody seems to offer them. So far they're doing a great job taking care of my aphid problem and I'm hoping some will breed and lay eggs so the cycle can continue. I'll buy from this company again.

Long lasting in fridge
These Ladies really work on bugs like small caterpillars as well as aphids. I release them a few at times over the summer, while keeping them in the fridge, feeding brown sugar and distilled water. Last release today 30 Jan 2026. Some alive

Must them as soon as you get them
About half of these were dead when I opened the bag, but it’s mostly my fault for not reading the instructions immediately. I don’t know if doing what the instructions say would save that many of them in just a few hours time, but I’m happy with this product overall. The surviving lady bugs have saved my garden, stopped the thrips cold and there was no more damage at all. Happened overnight. Give them water and shelter and maybe some honey to suckle on. They’re very therapeutic to watch crawl on your plants in the mornings

Educational
We buy these every year to use in the classroom while learning about the lifecycle of a ladybug, leading up to our ladybug release. 🐞 The children love it!, plus I get to let a few go at the base of my orange tree.

They arrived quickly and alive!
I was expecting this almost 7 days after I ordered them. But they arrived within 3 days of ordering, and within 2 days of seeing the "shipped" notification. My mail carrier put it in the mailbox, which was surprising because it said on the package "live insects - beneficial bugs inside". You'd think they'd knock or something. Anywho, not mad about it. I grabbed it as soon as I got the delivered message. And took it outside to my plants that had Aphids. I struggled to cut the bag they were in, everytime I'd get a good corner to cut clear of any ladybugs, they'd crawl towards it. So I only managed about a 1.5" hole, which they ran out of so fast! Lol. I immediately held it touching the plants that had bunches of Aphids, and those ladybugs got to work immediately! If they noticed an Aphid, they were on top of it so fast. XD obviously some flew away, but the package said the amount of ladybugs could cover a 1,000 sqft area, and I only needed it for maybe 20 sq ft. Lol. So I think its fine! I Will definitely be doing this again. Worth every penny. Plus I love gardening and beneficial bugs I'm not scared of. Lol! Thanks so much!!! (maybe a couple were dead, but it's to be expected) Ps: the instructions.... So I did this in the bright sunlight, around 3pm, 90 degrees outside... Expecting it to go horribly wrong... however I did water my garden well before, so that's probably why the majority of them stayed.

Time to bug out
Arrived without ant damage, crazy to see the 1000 ladybugs all in this tiny bag with babies outside the net, there were very much alive and "busy" did a slow release over several days, quality purchase I'd you have some nasty bugs that the girls will munch on

Lots of lil ladies
Pouch full of ladybugs! Majority arrived alive but there were several dead. The alive ladies were quite thristy and I had freshly misted plants and a water tray ready for them they couldn't wait to get out and start exploring. A few more had died by the next morning after releasing them into the greenhouse but there are still plenty of active lil aphid killers left. As the weather has begun to warm up I have opened the doors and allowed the ladies to come and go freely, hopefully some left some babies behind. Happy with my purchase but it would be nice if maybe a few less had died.
