Great towel dispenser! This is a truly, commercial product. Not a cheaply constructed plastic item. One thing to note is that it does not come with wall mount fasteners. Not a deal breaker by any means, but would be a good thing to include in the description. I WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Quality construction. Door works on a full length stainless steel piano hinge instead of pivoting on a couple of rivets. Strong all stainless steel construction. Turn knob closure is robust with no key to hassle with. Kleenex multi fold towel B00009Q972 fits. Will hold 150 towels tightly packed but works better with less. Holds 125 towels with ease. Using this in home bathroom.

We went with a very modern bathroom look at the office. Half of the restroom is corrugated metal and the other in a brushed cement 24 x 12 tiles. First of all letme say that they look great together, If you are in the market or in need of Dispensers Classis Series makes great products. It’s not cheap like many others we have purchased over the years and it looks very very very high end. Mounting it is super easy and you don’t cut into the wall. Honestly I actually got something that cast 7 times more from a so called discount hardware store and it was not even close to the design and durable construction of this unit. I am very pleased with my purchase. We have over 200 employees running around the office daily and unlike other hardware in the restroom that gets stained after only limited touching or contact …. even after 7 days without wiping it down it still looks brand new. Very pleased with the purchase. Everyone that walks into our restroom loves the look.

I was about to return the item due to the fact that it was missing the hardware to mount. After reading the reviews, I realized that others had this issue. There is nothing wrong with the unit itself, however, paying $60 for a paper towel dispenser only to have to purchase, or provide your own hardware, is not ideal. I do love the keyless feature and large capacity for towels. If I were the manufacturer of this item, I would include the hardware.
