I only buy like new/excellent products. The iPhone 11 Pro 256GB I received from Woot supplier is rated excellent and is truly like new, just what I wanted. It is perfect in every way, like new physically. Electronically, everything I have checked works perfectly so far! This phone replaces the iPhone 11 Pro with only 64 GB, I have had for 2.5 years. It has no issues other than it's memory is getting full and the battery is getting low. Why stay with a 6 year old iPhone11 Pro? I have been satisfied with it and the cost factor is another reason to stay with this old phone. It still accepts Apple updates unlike the iPhone 8 I moved up from in 2022. The 11 Pro is a real good size to hold in my large hand and fingers, not to small with a small keyboard or to large like a small iPad that doesn't fit in your pocket. It's also at a price level I am willing to spend for a phone.

I declined to leave a unboxing video & picture on this one as its the 2nd device I've bought from this store/seller in a month, technically 3 in total from one of their affiliates. So , I'll start with delivery & packaging , in my profession ( CyberSec/OSINT ) this is very important detail , it will typically tell the rest of your experience. They did great with shipping times, the got it to me early which is always welcomed and as promised came with a very generic charging block & cable and the device that's about it and it all works great!. I will also say their after market packaging they used was actually very professional and looked great, sealed with care . There was some paperwork on the side I highly suggest reading as its about your warranty and thus is important. Remember you pay for what you get, especially with Iphones. I use Android and IOS in business, I bought a brand new 2021 NEW flagship android device for $320 less than this product but what I paid extra for was that Amazon renewed guarantee which not only promises your device to come with certain prerequisites like over 90% battery life etc BUT it comes with a one year warranty as well as a great return policy which is also a year. I saw alot of mixed reviews , and the details is where you need to look . This company/store did a great job. With its presentation, Now I'm not going to go to deep I go i to a deep review on the device as a iphone is a iphone, is a iphone. I have owned every model ,this was a replacement for me aside from business use. This would have been 5 stars all around given the check star system Amazon has in place However, for example the battery I gave 4 stars, it did come with 90% battery in its bank but like most Iphones unless it's a new battery and has been conditioned ( charged ) properly the battery life is not great on any pro model unless it's the max versions but it will do most great and as expected. The forest green was a color I loved and was out of stock when I bought it new so that was a nice addition vs the green iphone 12 pro I have which a total different shade of green. So I bought a bundle , a recommended case and some tempered glass screen protectors, I will say as they are sufficient, I made a common mistake as I do like to pay for convienance these bundles are not always the most cost effective route. Do yourself a favor & look around, so my total was about $730 , the phone itself was priced decent enough but remember that tax is going go be a least $50 added to the device. The phone came 100% Factory Unlocked as advertised and in great shape , the only blemish which I wasn't heartbroken about However for that kind of money and knowing how inexpensive it is to fix the glass as I've done it many of times, there was a decent scratch at the top near the top speaker HOWEVER, I am a tad OCD about things like that especially when spending that kind of money and having actually bought 3 devices Factory Unlocked I have a high standard. I think most people wont take a 2nd look at it. Just a side note, the resell and value system of used Iphones especially are still very off in 2022 considering for another $150 I could've just bought the iPhone 13 NEW. That said, that has nothing to do with this seller or store just a observation as my business is in all tech. At the end of the day,I can o my fairly go off of what I git & my experience. I am highly impressed and happy with this purchase. This store/seller took great care in its delivery time, its great packaging, everything came as advertised and product for all Intensive purposes is basically NEW. After 3 devices both IOS & Android , I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. Don't second guess these guys , in reality this was a 5 star sale . They did great business and as I said I was willing to pay more as yes you can find this de ice cheaper all day BUT you are gambling , when it co es to stuff like this I can't stress enough you get what you pay for. The device was perfect, again great presentation, Factory unlocked,ive tested it on over 20 GSM carriers thus far and I paid for a great product but a peace of mind for a full year , it has a great warranty, and I have no plans of a return but that option is there if you want it . They did great, I am happy and would buy again!

My daughter’s phone died, and it was critical that we replace it because she’s at an age where she ventures out on her own more and more. Having location and the ability for her to call if she needs help was a must. Someone recommended an Amazon renewed iPhone, which was fantastic as our budget didn’t allow for a new phone. We got the phone and it looked great, seemed to work fine. Except it would not connect to cellular. After a week and a half of going round and round with our phone carrier, we finally figured out the phone was not fully unlocked as the listing had set. We initiated a return and were told we would be refunded when the phone was received and checked. I was initially told by the Amazon CSR I spoke to that as a courtesy, they would issue the refund as soon as the item showed it was picked up by UPS. After waiting a few days and no sign of refund, I called again. I was told by this CSR that I was given incorrect info, Amazons policy was to issue the refund when it’s received and checked. OK. So I wait again. I was told that once the phone was received, it could be up to 30 business days for it to be checked and refunded—but it rarely takes that long. I was given the date it was received. More waiting, then a full 30 business days after it had been received I called again to check on refund. It had not been initiated, but that CSR was initiating it. It literally took a full month and a half from the time Amazon received it (not from the time UPS picked it up—from the time Amazon actually received it back at their facility) for my refund to post. And the reason it was being returned was because it was misrepresented in the listing (not being fully unlocked), not because we changed our mind or anything frivolous. That did not matter and there was no courtesy or concession for what was their mistake in the first place. If you do get anything Amazon renewed, beware. If it works (like the 2nd phone we ordered did), it’s great and a wonderful option if you can’t afford fully new. But if there’s a problem you will get the run around, delays and misinformation from Amazon’s CSRs. They claim to stand behind all renewed products, but they will absolutely drag their feet and claim “it’s our policy” while you’re left waiting endlessly. So when it comes to Amazon renewed, don’t be blinded by the great prices and guarantees…it’s definitely “buyer beware”!

This phone was a last resort. I had a completely failed experience with another seller’s IPhone 11, and to be honest, I was extremely nervous when ordering this one. The reviews had been 50/50, so I had very little clue what I was going to get. The package arrived a day early, which was nice and unexpected. My phone was put into what seemed like a generic Android phone box, which, I’ll let you know damn near gave me a heart attack when I opened. Inside were a few things. An Amazon renewed card and one other thing I can’t remember- as well as the phone (obviously) and a charger and charging brick. Charger and charging brick are standard but the cable feels pretty nice and the brick is a good size. Standard plastic holder inside. Nothing more, nothing less. No complaints. For the actual phone, it was inside of a plastic zip bag. The bag itself was scratched up so it was difficult to see the phone inside until i took it out. The first thing I did when I took it out was inspect it for damage. I was completely ready to pack it back up and send it back- but I was pleasantly surprised. The phone had very little cosmetic damage, just some scratches on the frame (my case covers it anyways, so it doesn’t matter to me) and literally no screen damage- besides a little scratch on the upper right corner near the bezel. And you have to remember these phones are used, so I didn’t feel a need to dock a star for that, since you can only see the scratch when the screen is off and light is being reflected onto it. Overall, 9.5/10 for cosmetics. Then, the battery. My particular phone came with 80% battery health, which I personally don’t mind. I have the means to be able to get it replaced when the time comes, and to be honest was a relief after my last IPhone 11 from another seller had 100% battery health, just for it to be a non-Apple battery and cause all sorts of problems. Overall, I have no complaints with this phone. It’s in great condition in my book. Mic, speakers, cameras, haptics, everything (as far as I’ve been using it) has been in perfect order. Based on other reviews, whatever phone you get from this seller honestly depends on luck. It’s trivial, and that should never be the case, but if you can, I’d say take the risk. Worse case scenario you return it and get a full refund and try again. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

It’s been about a week and so far no problems. Phone came looking great and in good condition. So far battery life is good. Will update if I do have any issues.

Needed a new phone. This one is great. Price was right!

Phone looks, feels, and functions like new. The charger was cheap and broke within a couple of weeks (cord got stuck in base) but I ordered a couple of better ones for $25 or so. Overall I am very happy. Appreciate being able to buy an older phone in this way, and also grateful to be able to pay in installments. Would definitely recommend!

To start, this is one of the best phone I have used! Even though it was a refurbished phone. The quality was 100%. Not a single scratch/dent/marks nor anything. Truly brand new quality. So, I was very impressed when I received the product. The box didn't have the Apple branded cable and cube charger but I am totally ok with that. The metal body gives it a really premium feel on touch, as it is Gorilla Glass back and front with stainless steel frame. The phone is IP68 dust/water resistant but I never try to test it. The display is an Super Retina XDR OLED, HDR10, Dolby Vision with 800 nits (typ), 1200 nits (peak). With such high quality I am still not used to this small 5.8 inches screen. Even though it has 458 ppi density. The Apple A13 Bionic chip makes everything so lightning fast, multi-tasking is a breeze. The 3 front cameras are as follow: 12 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide), 1/2.55", 1.4µm, dual pixel PDAF, OIS 12 MP, f/2.0, 52mm (telephoto), 1/3.4", 1.0µm, PDAF, OIS, 2x optical zoom 12 MP, f/2.4, 120˚, 13mm (ultrawide), 1/3.6" Everything makes it look so nice, bright. It is true what they said. iPhone makes taking a nice picture a breeze. It makes sure you can take a quality picture everything you press the button. Without adjusting anything. Just click and that's it. Same with the selfie camera in its quality. Just superb quality! Stereo speakers is really ggood as well. The Li-Ion 3046 mAh battery will last for 2-3 days based on my daily use. Really like the phone, good quality. But definitely over-priced compare to other phones out there in now 2021 market.

Very good phone I was pleased with it but did say you got iPods with it but there was none in the box so bit disappointing
