Nice power supply. I installed it on some 24V landscape lighting.

I bought this to replace a transformer in a defective “made in China” led lamp. This transformer was the exact rating I required for my project. I cut the plug and spliced it in to the lamp and it worked beautifully. The only complaint I have is the delayed switched. It takes 1-2 seconds from the time you switch on power for the transformer to kick in. Kind of annoying but works well for the price. I haven’t tried it on a dimmer, which was an important feature. I will try soon and update if there are issues.

I really like the form factor and fully enclosed design of the power supply, but unfortunately it does emit extremely high levels of RFI that interferes with my and my neighbor's wireless equipment, forcing me to decommission it. Look for something with a legitimate FCC ID if you want to be a good neighbor.

I’ve tested several power supplies (from 5 different brands) to compare their rated power against actual performance. I purchased the 24V/200W version of this unit. In my lab tests, I finally found one that delivered its rated capacity, as shown in the attached pictures. On top of that, it is well built. It supplied the full rated power with a negligible voltage drop—less than 0.5V. Congratulations to the manufacturer!

I should probably give this unit “1-star” but since it lasted approx a year & few months (~15 months), so 2 stars it is as I guess it could have been worse & not worked at all.. I bought this transformer in July 2020. Didn’t install it till like Sept 2020. 2/3 months ago the unit started failing. I was praying it was the wiring or something else, since I ALSO purchased a water-proof plastic box to put it in while underground for landscaping lights.. - I’m not sure what to do now w/the fancy overrated “LEDD lights.. I rmr “old-school” landscaping lights not needing all this transformer stuff & just worked when u flipped the switch, so annoyed..

Working on a cheaper way to light our house

The case is well made, and has survived a solid month in the rain with no issues so far. I don't like that the supply wires coming out of this are so thin, as they should be heavier given the load rating of the power supply. The voltage is steady and clean - I have it running illuminators for my security cameras, and it definitely holds up to the drain well...

Installed it last month and so far so good! Easy to separate the high voltage from the low. Because it doesn't have a fan it's quiet as well.

Replacement. Awesome
