ProsourceFit Exercise Weighted Training Vest

I tend to walk a brisk 3 to 5 miles a day and decided to up my game by using a weighted vest. This one felt very heavy the first time I used it, but I soon got used to it and it has been comfortable and easy to wear. So far(three months in) it has been robust and the quality still seems good. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a cost-effective weighted vest. I think I’m probably going to buy a slightly heavier one now!

Good quality. Dogs a little in the back at the bottom though - not sure if the sands settled more there or what. Doesn’t affect too much in first hour but if you sit or walk longer it has caused back ache in this area after. Would still buy again though as it absolutely does the job and is usually comfortable. Definitely good for exercise - walking up and down the stairs with it on throughout the day makes the thighs ache. Climbing hills I climb frequently had me out of breath Other thing - for ample-chest-sized women, where the male model has the straps, this is not where it’ll be on you. It’s nowhere near the stomach. Both are over the chest. Doesn’t affect anything but something to note

I got this weighted vest for when I walk the dog and want to put in some extra effort and also when doing some bodyweight exercises like push-ups and pull-ups. It is very easy to adjust and fit and I find it comfortable to wear for prolonged periods, although it gets a little sweaty underneath (which you would hope for!) This is easy to wipe clean and keep hygienic though. The plastic clip buckles seem well made and stitched to the vest well and hold securely as I move around. This particular vest is very good value for money compared to others i've seen on Amazon and is a great way to add some extra weight to your body to make exercises slighty tougher and more effective.

Good bit of kit!used today for the first time for a 10km walk with the 20lbs weight,comfortable for the duration and adds an extra calorie burn and difficulty to the workout. Would recommend

I've just received it and put it on, it fit snuggly, it's comfortable and doesn't move about. I can definitely feel the extra weight on my back, especially going up and down the stairs. Even when sitting down, it naturally forces you to activate your core and sit up straighter. I can see myself use it in my Pilates and martial arts practice. But I'll gradually build up the length of time I wear it, starting with an hour a day this week maybe a bit more, to using it while doing sport in a week or two, to not cause excessive fatigue to the shoulde, upper back muscles and thus cause an injury. Note that I'm a a petite size (1m60/5'2) but fairly fit from years of Taekwondo and Pilates practice and teaching. Adapt your build up to your own level. It's just a shame you can't add more weights, once adapted you’ll have to buy a whole new vest. I guess that explains the reasonable price.

This was really good value for money in comparison to other ones on the market. It’s easy to use but for some reason my hubby put it on back to front and couldn’t understand why it didn’t fit!!! It’s excellent for walking/running and provides more weight than you think. It really makes a difference to workouts. Would definitely recommend.

I'm a 175cm tall, size 14. My boobs at 36G and unfortunately this vest does not fit comfortably with them. Otherwise I think it's probably a good option!

Comfortable & well fitting vest. I started with the lightest option & could now go heavier but there is no option to add weight so I just use it on longer walks now. I wish I’d have chosen a slightly heavier vest & worn it for shorter/less frequent periods to begin. It’s the lack of being able to add weight that drops one star for me but equally you tend to pay more for vests where you can add weight
