So Cool!
Okay seriously, this thing is AWESOME. I got it in the afternoon and immediately used it to make waffle bowls that night for dinner. And the next morning for breakfast. And then for lunch. And then for dinner. Granted, it was not just plain waffles the whole time. I was experimenting! I used the basic waffle recipe out of the booklet that came in the box, and it turned out perfectly without any cooking spray or complications. I got a beautifully toasty waffle bowl in 3 minutes. Fresh out of the maker, the waffles are fluffy and easy to bend if you want to use them taco style, which is what I did for breakfast with some butter, powdered sugar, and a fresh banana folded in waffley goodness. We also tried filling them with a variety of berries and other fruits (thawed from being frozen in bags) and topped it all off with whipped cream. There are so many good things to try, I don't think you can go too far wrong here. If you like your waffles a little more crispy-crunchy, you can cook them a little longer in the maker, or just let them warm a few minutes in a 200 degree oven while you keep making more. They are still very tasty, but become firmer and unbendable, which I think you would want if you're using softer fillings such as yogurt or ice cream. I also tried other things besides waffle mix. For lunch I made a potato bowl. I tried using both hash browns and tater tots (the frozen bagged ones, microwaved to thaw first), and they both worked. Obviously they take longer to cook, and you have to position the potatoes with more care to make a complete bowl since they won't flow up to the edges like a batter will, but still. Tastiness! You can fill a potato bowl with eggs or just top it off with salt and cheese. For dinner I made cornbread bowls for chili, and they turned out super yummy! The jiffy cornbread mix actually has a recipe on the box for making it waffle style instead of traditional style. Very easy! It was so fun making bowls that I ended up with a few extras in the freezer, so I'll get to see how they are when re-heated. Next up on my list: brownie bowls and cookie bowls! I got this thing mostly for the novelty of it, and I gotta say I'm glad I did. It's been a lot of fun, and a lot of deliciousness the last two days!

I just got mine and it's perfect. Anyone who doesn't wanna fuss with carving out bread to make bread bowls, this is perfect. The size is perfect. I stumbled onto this product here after I typed in the word waffle maker. Healthy bread is to expensive, so I wanted to find another solution to this problem. One can make healthier batters. Who ever thought of this is a genius. you can do so much with this. I hope Amazon doesn't mind me putting some recipes I found on youtube. I took some photos of my own so people can see where the fill line is and get a better look at this item. It's a really clever idea. Note: this item is also great when you can’t afford a loaf of bread. I also highly recommend the dash egg cooker. I love the way my eggs come out so perfectly. I’ve Provided a photo of the dash egg cooker below. Oatmeal Waffles INGREDIENTS: 3 cups rolled oats 1 ripe banana + 2 1/2 cups of water!!! Oatmeal Waffles Ingredients... + Oatmeal, Blended (1/2 cup) + Almond Milk (1/4 cup) + Banana (1/4) + Applesauce (1 tbsp) + Egg White (1) SHOPPING LIST 6 Large Eggs 1 Cup Uncooked Oats 2 Bananas 2 Teaspoons Peanut Butter 2 Teaspoons Honey 150ml Low Fat Yogurt PREPARATION Crack open one whole egg into a mixing bowl Separate the other 5 egg whites into the mixing bowl Mix the 1 egg and 5 egg whites Add the cup of uncooked oats Mix well and set to one side Peel the bananas and slice up on 2 plates Heat a large frying pan and cover with non-stick spray When the pan is heated, add the oats & egg mixture Cook for about 2-3 minutes - the "cookie" will become golden brown Carefully flip the cookie over - remember it will be hot, so don't burn yourself Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until golden brown Remove from stove Slide the cookie on to a flat cutting surface Slice the cookie into 4 equal pieces Spread some peanut butter on 2 of the slices Pour a little honey over the slices with the peanut butter Put the other 2 slices of cookie on top of the peanut butter & honey slices - making a little sandwich Place the 2 cookies on the plates with the sliced banana Pour some yogurt over the cookies - and serve We used bananas in our recipe, but you can use any fruit

This kitchen gadget is THE coolest thing ever
I’ve been using this waffle bowl maker every day. It’s simple and fun to use. It’s easy to clean and did I mention it’s fun to use? I’ve experimented with different amounts of batter which dictates the size of the bowl. I’ve tried different bowl fillers (scrambled eggs and bacon, chili, etc) and it tastes great. I’ve also experimented with the amount of time you leave waffle mix cooking, longer time creating a more crunchy bowl. I used a gluten free box mix for the waffles and though it says it wasn’t necessary I lightly oiled the machine for the first use. All in all I believe it’s an excellent product and the family will get a lot of use from it.

Like a standard waffle maker
Like a standard waffle maker, the Presto Super Waffle Bowl features heated top and bottom sections that are connected by a hinge. But, it also boasts a unique concave shape that allows you to create thick and fluffy four-inch ‘bowls,’ which can be filled with just about anything, including eggs, bacon, syrup and butter, ice cream, or fruit. According to the website, all you have to do is allow the machine to preheat, pour in the batter of your choice (no special batter required), close the lid, and then allow it to bake. Then, when the time comes, its nonstick grids help ensure everything’s easy to remove. If you’re not in the mood for waffles, the Presto Bowl also works with a variety of other foods and ingredients, such as brownie batter, cinnamon roll dough, pizza dough, rice, and bacon—you can even make quesadillas. You have to admit that this concept seems appealing, and if it works exactly as described, that the device could live up to its promises of being easy to use, while making breakfast and other meals more exciting. A Quick Note About Presto Super Waffle Bowl’s Manufacturer In business for more than three decades, Telebrands is far and away the largest As Seen on TV company in the industry, with hundreds of products to their name. Recent examples include California Charcoal, Pocket Hose Brass Bullet, Atomic Beam Glove, and Red Copper Pan. Telebrands held a D+ Better Business Bureau rating, based on more than 320 closed customer complaints, as of 2/16/18. Although a company rep responded with a resolution in each instance, common complaints appeared to revolve around lower product quality than expected, as well as less-than-stellar support experiences. My Bottom Line About the Presto Super Waffle Bowl The Presto Super waffle maker comes to us from a company with decades in business, who offers free S&H and who stands behind the product with a 30-day refund policy (although you’ll be responsible for return shipping charges if you’re dissatisfied with its performance). So, it seems you might not have much to lose by giving the product a try. On top of this, the identical 03500 model seemed to come with almost wholly positive online customer feedback, which could be a good indication you’ll experience much of the same if you choose to hand over your hard-earned money. However, based on what we learned while browsing online marketplaces like Google Shopping, Amazon, and Walmart.com during our research, it appears Telebrands (or more specifically, their Bulbhead division) sells the exact same product at exactly half the price. Even if you wanted to go directly through Presto, their branded version was available for just a few bucks more. So, if the price is your number one factor when purchasing, either of these might represent solid options. But if you're looking for the lowest cost option possible (although certainly much more labor-intensive than using a device like Presto), you can cook seven-inch batter circles in the oven for four to five minutes, remove, drape them over an inverted cup, and allow to cool before filling with the food of your choice and enjoying.

I have made yummy breakfasts and dinners with this waffle
This waffle maker bowl has changed the game for me. It makes it much easier for me to have not only protein waffles with filling such as yogurt or oatmeal and fruit but also it never burns my food. I only have to cook the waffles for somewhere between 4 to 5 minutes and no matter which sort of waffle I am making they come out practically perfect. I have a recipe for how to make a healthy Chaffel (1/4 low fat mozzarella cheese,2 egg Whites no yolk, and 1TBSP of ground flaxseed). You’re welcome. This is high protein and fiber, low-carb, low calorie and very much healthy enough to eat one 4 to 5 times a weekly.

Awesome little Waffle Bowl Maker!
I received my Waffle Maker on Saturday and have been using it all weekend !! I made me a Waffle Bowl again this morning also. This little Waffle Bowl Maker is perfect for just one person. It's small enough to leave on my counter top AND, it is extremely easy to use. What I love most about this waffle maker ~ it is so easy to clean. I PURPOSELY added my waffle mix over the fill line to see how this little unit would perform (Read the instructions "about over filling")...... it did spill over as the instructions said it would. I immediately (and carefully) wiped off the unit with a clean damp cloth ~ and it cleaned up nicely. I have grandchildren over sometimes and I know over-filling might happen. So I did my own test so I will be able to instruct my grandchildren on what NOT to do LOL!! This is a great little Waffle Bowl Maker and a great price!..I have a YouTube cooking channel. I will be uploading my Chicken and Waffle Bowl video this week. Stay Tuned! I would highly recommend this Waffle Bowl Maker...you will love it.

Substantial waffle cups
I was surprised how fast the waffle bowl maker cooks. It only took about 3+- min to cook each cornbread waffle cup. It takes a little practice to know how much to fill the machine. The waffle cup on the left was the first try, filled to the fill line, and it is a bit small. The next ones were perfect. On some was a little spillage, but the outside of the maker cleaned up well with a damp sponge, as long as the batter is still wet. The waffle cups came right out of the maker, with no sticking at all. I added no oil or cooking spray to the machine. These cups were done from a cornbread mix, so it may have contained baking powder and it rose in the machine. Farther experimenting, with different mixes, is needed. The bottom and lower sides cooked faster than the top part, but not fast enough to burn, while the top is still raw. The waffle cups this machine makes are very substantial, not thin and brittle, think Belgian waffle vs thin waffle. They hold about a cup of filling, maybe a bit more. I draped the fresh and still pliable waffle bowls over a glass, to make sure the bottom is flat and the cup doesn’t tilt when it cools, so it can be filled evenly and doesn’t tip to the side, spilling the filling. So far I’m happy with my purchase, if anything comes up, I’ll update.
