So often bars are sugary, and it is really nice to have savory options. At first I preferred the sea salt flavor, but the more times I ordered these the more I appreciated the variety of flavors. I appreciate that these buyers are made with buckwheat, which seems to be an underutilized source of gluten-free carbohydrates. And they have a suitable amount of protein for hypoglycemics. I also appreciate that they are milk free.
