Received my plant today, came in perfect condition and looks like the picture and came as described and seems healthy. We pre-treated the soil for any bugs just in case (we have a lot of plants in the house). Very happy with purchase -hopefully it will be happy in it's new home!

This beautiful little.palm came pa kaged very well! Plastic covered the potting material up to the plant base and it stayed put. The nursery pot was tucked snugly into a paper cone that kept it upright and centered and protected the fronds, and the decorative pot is the perfect size to nest the nursey pot into and use as a self-watering pot together. All of it was packed neatly into a nice, solid box with handles that is clearly.marked as a live plant. For the price, this is definitely worth it!

This ponytail palm is gorgeous!! Costa Farms always delivers quality plants so I am not surprised, but I do love it. Very healthy, beautiful color and in a nice pot, too. I highly recommend this plant!!!

I bought the lil guy as a birthday present. I enjoy having plants in the home, but ones my cats will be okay around. The box was a little long and beat up at the top, but the plant was nicely wrapped and safe. I wish I took photos of the process, but I had dirt all over my hands lol. Gorgeous plant, easy out-of-box instructions (including 3 free months of a plant app to track its health), and the photo is what my plant looked like after I took it out! How beautiful! I'll definitely be purchasing another plant from them.

I couldn’t find a palm tree like this in Lowe’s or Home Depot. I’ve had the palm for about three weeks and still looks nice and healthy.

5 days after receiving this plant I noticed spider mites all over it with several nests. It infected 4 of my house plants . I’m very disappointed. I have ordered other plants from you and have never had an issue. I’m very upset

This Pony Tail Palm was delivered very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. It’s a very nice looking, the exact size as advertised. I am very pleased with my plant, and I believe a good value for the money. Love it!!

I bought these for two girlfriends with super long hair... I bought packs of pony tails and propped it in with the palm. It was a big hit. These palms arrived fast, we're packaged nicely to prevent damage and came in a cute decorative container. Definitely recommend this farm.
