THIS IS THE TOOL YOU NEED FOR PTR 91
If you have a PTR 91 this is the tool you need!! I have a PTR 91 Model GI with the welded pic rail in front of the drum sight and I bought a similar looking tool from Amazon but it wasn’t the right one. You need those arms on the side that will pinch in when you put the screwdriver in...it might sound confusing but there’s a really great YouTube video out there and you’ll see what I mean.

Least expensive option out there except for pliers
In reality this tool really shouldn't cost more than 10 dollars because it's mass-produced in China. The DB Tac company who sells it has no competition except for HK who sells their tool for around $100 from what I've read. The only cheaper option to the Tac tool is to use curved needle tip pliers but this requires some manual dexterity that many people may not have. Overall, I'm satisfied with the tool, but the price could be better.

Do Not Purchase!
The drum portion doesn't fit into the screwdriver handle as shown (or like the original HK tool). Also, the drum adjustment portion has a very badly blued finish, and the screwdriver handle is not red (a minor point). Basically, what was sent was a stubby Phillips head screwdriver with a badly done drum device. All-in-all a VERY poor reproduction. Returned for a refund.
