After 3 Months, One of three bells stopped working
I have to update my rating now that one of my tenants informed me that her bell has stopped working just 3 short months after installation of this intercom system. My previous review was given only a couple weeks after installation, when everything was working properly. This is disappointing; a three month shelf-life is unacceptable for the price point.

Cheap and without warranty
I do not recommend anyone. I bought February 23, 2017 is currently August 14, from 2 weeks does not work one of the three monitors I bought (AMOCAM Video Door Phone Intercom System, Wired Doorbell Kits, 1 Night Vision Camera 3 Screen, 7inch LCD Monitor, Support 3 Units Apartment, Monitoring, Unlock, Dual Way Door Talking). The manufacturer does not guarantee it and the only thing he has offered me (after an Amazon controlled mail) that he can send me a new monitor for $ 65. That is, as much as it normally sells. It does not pay to buy. Better to buy more expensive and with a guarantee.

Wrong Instruction Manual/No Unlock Door Port
This system came with instruction manual for a totally different set. Works good but I wish we had instructions for all the buttons and their purpose. It has an unlock door button but no wire port in the back to actually connect one to buzz the person in! I mean, am I missing something here? Please help😢

I used only one power supply
Other reviews didn't like the fact that you needed a power supply at each unit. Since I was using existing wiring from an old intercom installed in 1992, I had and 18GA power wire to each unit, so I just plugged one power supply into a wall socket in the basement and connected the old power wires to it. It seems to be working very well. Time will tell if the power supply will hold up to all three units. Update 04/03/24. It has been over three months and everyone seems to still be happy. No tenant complaints.
