honestly this is the BEST case for laptops on the market. There is an airbag that protects your laptop. I seriously dropped my laptop at the airport on a trip and this case completely protected it. I actually have purchased 4 of these for friends and family. Why invest in a great laptop if you are not willing to protect it. This case is perfect

Chose this as it seemed to be good protection for a netbook. On arrivel and inserting pc I believe it does not offer enough protection as it is simply a small lenner for protection. I would add a foam pad but it is too small. It relly should have been padded enough to protect if dropped or moved abruptly.

Its economical compared to other sleeves available in market and protects my 13 inch MCBP with hard shell very well.

This is a nice enough bag (computer sleeve) for the price and the air cushioning concept could be functional. However, the designers forgot that a computer has a top, a bottom, and four sides. That is six surfaces to protect. This bag only has the air cushioning on the top and bottom. The other four sides, and especially the corners, are fully exposed if the computer is dropped. Statistically, there is less than a 33% chance that this bag would fall flat on either the top or the bottom. Also, anyone who has had a basic Physics course knows that a dropped object will not fall flat on its top or bottom. Even in a short fall, wind resistance will cause the object to turn in mid-air. The object will fall on one of its narrower sides or edges. Thus, as designed, this air cushioned sleeve is practically worthless in protecting your laptop. I am a student abroad, constantly traveling, and literally beat the pulp out of my computer. After “one too many” cracked screens, I discovered a good workaround. I bought a tight neoprene sleeve for my 11.6 inch laptop, then I bought this Just Air bag for a 13 inch sized computer. I then went down to my local hardware store and bought a common foam plumbing pipe insulation sleeve. The cost was only three dollars. I cut it to length, slightly separated the tube and slipped it on the edges of my neoprene clad laptop. Then, I stuffed that in the larger, 13 inch bag. The downside of my workaround is that it slightly bulks up the size of the computer. However, it still fits easily in my ordinary backpack. On the Iberian Peninsula, my computer was accidently dropped from a height of one meter. There was absolutely no damage to the machine. With this workaround you do not need to buy an expensive and bulky special computer backpack. You can still use a regular backpack which is much cheaper and more functional for camping. I wish the bag designers would incorporate this, or something similar to it, into their designs. It would greatly increase the shock resistance of their computer sleeves. Most people do not realize they are wasting their money on these so-called shock resistance computer bags.

didn't care for it

While I'm not sure it gives extra padding or how I can gush over it, it is just roomy enough I could add a support for actual lap top use. Corners are padded and the 'pillow' at the top snugs down my Aspire nicely into it's nest. Has not unzipped or separated on me for now... but black does show every speck of lint.
