Best stick, no reapply. And I didn't have clogged pores. Mineral is the way to go

Won't use anything else now that I've found this Sunstick. It's faint fragrance is acceptable to me as I don't like extra fragrances in my cosmetics and hygiene items. Coconut oil is my favorite for many cosmetics and shampoos so this suits me fine. It seems to work great. I am fair haired and skin and it protects me the way I need. It also checks out with Environmental Working Group's list of acceptable sun protection for our skin. I have recommended it and have given one to my daughter. The stick is a little hard to smear on when it's cold outside, so you may want to warm the stick up in your pocket before applying. I also have just pressed it on my skin and let it melt into my skin before trying to spread it. One stick lasts a while. I use it mostly on my face, neck, hands and arms when I'm planning to be outside for a while. It has an unusual feeling on my skin, but I imagine that's the zinc. I'm not sure if it's related, but I've certainly not had a cold since I began to use this stick. Zinc kills bacteria, so may be it's related. Anyway, definitely a good product. Works. No sun burns now!

I purchased the "all good" unscented sun stick (The clear version in the skinny tube for face and ears) because my previous sun stick (same brand and product type) was left on someone's boat. My first unscented "all good" sun stick was soft, slippery, and easy to spread on my skin. This newer one is very hard and dry. It crumbled when I tried to apply it to my face. Unfortunately it's unusable. I purchased this particular product because it's EWG verified, coral reef safe, it appears clear on the skin (doesn't leave a white film), and my previous one was wonderful. I'm amending my review because I called the company to discuss this product with them. I was told that the inconsistent consistency of the stick is a known issue and is generally caused when the stick is stored in hot conditions. The company representative said they are working on the product formula in order to resolve this issue. He even went one step further and sent me a free replacement stick. I am very impressed by the customer service of this company and their dedication to creating quality environmentally friendly and human friendly products.

I like that it's a stick, seems no one is making them any more, and that it has zinc oxide which is very effective, but It must contain less zinc oxide than most preparations since you don't look like you're wearing a white face mask when you apply this.

This is impossible to apply - hard as a rock in the tube! Bummer. I tried to warm the tune in my hands - there was no give of the product at all. I couldn’t even apply it to the back of my hand, and certainly not to my family’s face/ears/hands. I’m very disappointed as I love the sport spray - the spray is easy to apply and to rub in, and provided excellent protection even in the beach waves. Extra bummed this item isn’t available for return. I’m stuck with a stick that’s stuck solid. :(

The formula is very chemically "safe", consisting of mainly coconut oil and non-nanoparticle zinc oxide. If you have concerns about the safety of sunscreen chemicals, this one is about the safest you can buy. Even better, my sensitive skin likes it. This is the most friendly formula my face has encountered and I didn't break out after wearing it all day. It is thick and sticky so I only had to apply it once and it stayed there all day without sweating off or into my eyes. I didn't do a lot of swimming but I did get splashed a lot, it seemed pretty waterproof and had to be washed off with soap. I was worried it might melt out of the tube if I got it too hot but I accidently left it in the car while I parked it on the top floor of parking garage at the Phoenix airport in 100 plus degree weather for over an hour and it was still fine.

It is sunscreen season again and there are a million choices. I went to a box store by my house. NONE I mean ZERO of the products there were safe. The best thing to do when buying sunscreen is check the Environmental Work Group (EWG) worksite. Amazon sells both good and 'bad' sunscreens. Words like natural are not a help either. On the EWG website a rating of 1 is best. This is a 1. You don't need much of this so it can last a long time. It goes on easy and provides good protection. I have used it for sports and it is great, nothing got in my eye. Recommended for kids AND adults.

I have been using ALLGOOD products for years. They work SO well. I have used them in many places where the sun is very strong such as Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, and Florida! This face stick in particular is very easy to spread, smells soooo good, and when I apply it, I never get burned. I just ordered a new one because I am out and the stick lasted a full year! 100% recommend :)

Disappointed with product. Very waxy, dry and hard to apply. Perhaps it is past the expiry date.

It feels very waxy and made me be very aware that I had like a film all over my face, although it is transparent once applied and it did appear to keep all the sun away from my hyperpigmentation, but it makes your skin shine, not the glow way, just shine.

Works, goes on clear, gets a 1 in the EWG sunscreen database (my last sunscreen was a 7, the higher the number the worse it is for you)
