2.5cm is the most comfy
I’ve bought all 3 heights for comparison. 2.5cm is the most comfortable and feels like walking on thick fluffy carpet. 1.5cm is not as supportive because it’s thinner (and didn’t add any height at all as it absorbs your weight) and for some reason the 3cm ones didn’t feel as comfortable and don’t really for in many shoes as they are quite tall. Really love them though!

Pretty good
Comfortable. A bit smaller than expected (I'm a size 9 and I didn't have to trim it at all) and a little narrow at the heel, but can't fault how it feels.

The insoles fit as advertised , this is my second pair for a different pair of shoes. They are comfortable to wear walking for hours . Can't really ask for more than that

It does increase your height but: - It has a strong chemical (plastic/rubber) smell; - It’s heavy; - Very uncomfortable/very hard. It feels like stepping directly on the sole of the shoes; - The vendor did send it quite fast tho; - And it looks exactly like the picture but it’s so uncomfortable.

Die Ailaka Einlegesohlen erhöhen die Körpergröße spürbar (ca. 1,2 Zoll) und sind angenehm weich sowie atmungsaktiv. Sie lassen sich gut in verschiedene Schuhe einlegen und bieten eine gewisse Polsterung für Alltag und Sport. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Einschränkungen: In manchen Schuhen rutschen die Einlagen leicht, und nach längerem Tragen können sie sich etwas zusammendrücken. Auch die Größe passt nicht immer perfekt zu allen Schuhformen. Fazit: Solide Einlegesohlen zur Höhenerhöhung, aber nicht perfekt für alle Schuhe und längere Tragezeiten.
