Getting a good seal is important for getting a good sound and the problem with this set of IEMs is the short ear canal nozzle makes it hard to get a good seal. Exercising would make it almost impossible to keep a good seal. Don't get me wrong I love these IEMs, I have 2 sets of them, but I recommend almost any other IEMs for jogging. Hope this helps. **Q: What comply tips work with this ?** A: I don't know about the Comply tips, but the Dekoni Mercury tips work great for me. **Q: What size comply tips ?** A: I used t500 size on them and they fit, but be aware that the distance between the tips and the house is pretty small and nothing will stop it other than the house itself, (no locks). I recommend ZNARI Tips T500, if you want foam but note that their sizing is different small=medium, medium=large. I'd look for high quality silicon tips if I were you (more comfort), unless you care about sound then go for foam. **Q: I just received mine and they sound tinny with way too much treble. Is this because they are brand new and will they mellow out? My Beats are better** A: I'm going to also point out hhe importance of keeping these sealed against your ear canal. If you don't they will not sound good. If you get them sealed correctly you will be astonished with the sound quality.
