The best introductory book to NLP, it doesn't tell you, it EXPLAINS you every single thing in such a great detail you will finish reading this book understanding every single point inside the book. I am totally TELLING you, if you are looking for more information on NLP this IS the book to go.

I read this whole book and it had some good stuff in there; however, it was very boring and being that i never applied any of the stuff I didn't come away with much, but I believe that if you actually apply the techniques seriously you have much to benefit from. I'm just warning that it's boring and you have to be motivated about it to get anything out of it. If you are then get it.

if you are interested in NLP that is Great book, easy to read and understand, I bought it used for very cheap and and there are still plenty of them, so get one for right price and don't think much ...............

I have read many books on NLP and other socio behavioral likes. This was an easy read with a few new twists and insights. I still think that subliminal messages are the best.

This must be the most recommended N L P book in my library. Since I developed an interest in the subject myself I have sought to find a book that details the information in such a way for easer to comprehension. The authors have taken the time to dissect the reams of information and delivered it to us in a format that allows for better understanding of the subject. In fact it was this book that in the mid nineties provoked me and my friend to write a simple book on N L P My Little Book of N L P - Neuro Linguistic Programming to give a brief taster on the subject. My only regret was not remembering to name Introduction to N L P in the resource section. You will benefit - Great read
