Will this supply power a tc electronic flashback x4? (300ma draw)

It can do 1000mA max. I am powering a TC Flashback x4 and a TC Vortex, works great.

The donner tiny looper guitar effect pedal requires a 9v dc power supply that is "negative in the center". will this power supply work with that?

How long is the cord before the daisy chain starts?

I just received it - and it's only 44 inches from the Plug to the socket where the five 9v adapters are plugged in. So - i guess it's changed since those earlier responders described it as 72" - and unfortunately, i ordered it based on those answers.
