I was reading this book. I came to the recipe part. All thru the book it talks about how dangerous sodium is, what it does to our hearts...then I read the unfried chicken recipe.Chicken Seasoning: 1 C. salt ¼ C. garlic powder ¼ C. black pepperONE CUP OF SALT??? Are you friggin kidding me?? Glad I am a cook that knows how to do things and know what is to much..yeah watch the ingredients...other than that so far it's informative...but not worth 5 stars.
