I am a repeat customer on these. They seem fine. It will be another six months for an updated blood test to see if it works as I expect. The one thing you need to be aware of when you compare brands is that it is not just the capsule count and mg amounts per capsule; it depends on how they are promoting it. Some are telling 60 count and 1000 mg but the capsules are only 500mg and they consider you taking them twice a day as how they get to 1000 mg. I found this brand to be much more honest in how it communicated it labeling and that gives me a little more trust the active ingredients might also be in the stated amount.

I use this product once a day. Great for curbing appetite without jittery side effects.

This product is very reasonably priced compared to Ozempic and the other products that are the synthetic form of Berberine. I feel like it did keep my blood sugar level and I possibly did not get as ravenously hungry as I usually do. I do think it somewhat suppressed my appetite. It is at least a little effective. I didn’t have any bad side effects. It did not upset my stomach. I am going to try another bottle just to see how effective it really is. I’m just not sure at this point. But it’s worth a try for the cost.

I tried this just for some days, I’m looking for something to suppress the hunger, but I don’t feel this is the right thing to do. To start it gave me a lot of gas, a painful stomach gas every time I took it. It didn’t suppress the hunger, in the opposite I gave me more. Las time I took one the gassy feeling last for a while, and at the same time it made me constipated 🥴 I’m regular with potty time and this thing just messed with it, besides of headache immediately after I took it, so as I said in the title, it’s not for everyone. What it can work for you it doesn’t work for someone else. Apparently lower the blood sugar so it could be that I don’t need that. However The product itself looks to be okay, it came in time, with the seal and I guess the correct amount of pills. I’m not sure about the quality or pureness of the supplement. So buy and take at your own risk.
