Which is correct?** A: I measured 4.53 x by a hair under 9 inches. Each individual section (of 14) would probably hold at least 50 aspirins (eyeball guess). The holder which I have is not multicolored - AM row is clear and PM black. The item is well-made and practical - albeit huge. Thr stickers are numbered 1-7 and have the days off the week on them** A: These are not needed just simply toss them. They were placed there as extras for when or if the painted on ones scrape off. I do believe they are in a larger build for those that have sight issues as well. I do believe it is mentioned in the description if I remember correctly. Aside from the stickers, this pill organizer is good quality and I highly recommend.
