Anyone else have a leaking problem from the function switch?

Works well for a few weeks and then breaks, water leaks from whole shower head

Shower is working but if i push the off button water comes out of the off button is that normal

Basically water just comes out of every connected component on the thing.... so water flies out all over the place. Straight back in the box and returned.

Comes up saying reset water supply

I didn't reset anything I just took old head off and put new one on and it works fine. Hope this helps.

It exploded and split the head after 1 month use. Not built to last.
