Made egg noodles and it was so easy!! I’ll never roll out pasta dough by hand again! It was easy to connect to my KA and easy to change the thickness setting. Cutting the pasta was easy. Made the whole process go by so much faster and I did it all by myself!!

Works perfectly with my KitchenAid stand mixer. Fits nice and snug and has some weight to them. Love it!

My mother used this and won’t make noodles without it now. Might take a little practice but it’s worth it.

Easy to use but the thickness of the pasta is too thick. Difficult to clean (Don't use water!)

I used it first when my two granddaughters were visiting. None of us had ever made pasta before so we were very anxious to see how it would work. The instruction book that comes with it is very clear and all of the attachments are very heavy and sturdy. Our first time making spaghetti turned out great! We were pretty impressed with ourselves. I highly recommend this pasta attachment and I’m going to buy a set for my granddaughter.

My newest obsession!! I haven’t made fresh pasta in a while because it was always a chore to bring out my manual pasta machine and the hand cranking would get tiring, but this makes it so easy!! Also - tip for those in the reviews experiencing issues: if your dough is good you shouldn’t have an issue with pasta getting stuck in the machine and creating mold. Also, I totally understand that there is a chance that the machine malfunctions, but if your pasta isn’t turning out its likely the dough, not the machine so I’d suggest correcting that first before returning. I know this will last. I’m so excited about this!! I’m definitely going to keep my manual machine as it has sentimental value, but I will be using this as my daily machine. And it is cheaper than the brand name pasta attachment so I’m double happy!!

When my son asked me if I knew how to make pasta I said "yeah" and then the next day this arrived on our front porch . These pasta maker attachments are easy to attach to your mixer, the only noise I hear is the mixer itself. Roll the pasta out nicely . Easy to clean and works great . Thank you son for the wonderful gift and the good times we have making food together

I love these pasta making attachments, they are very good quality and easy to clean. Once you taste homemade fresh pasta you will not go back to store bought pasta. I will also be purchasing a ravioli maker soon. Don’t hesitate to purchase this, you want regret it. And the pasta is so easy to make. I made the fettuccine Alfredo dish and I made spaghetti noodles too. Happy pasta making 🍷🍷

I am not a 'reviewer,' but I'll make an exception for this pasta maker attachment--simply awesome! When the postie handed it over to me, I was struck by how heavy it was: This product is far from flimsy, is well-built and mechanically; and with proper care should last a long time. To me it's a high quality item and is packaged as so! I found it effortless to attach to my KitchenAid and that all three attachments worked like a charm...doing exactly what they're intended to do, roll and cut pasta. The included cleaning tool made it easy to brush out the blades, and the box and packaging it came in will make a long time term storage option. I found the instruction booklet was very clear and helpful. In my opinion, the quality of this product far exceeds my expectation of the price. Highly recommend!

Les mesures ont été converti à partir de mesure en poid (g/kg) donc il est impossible d'avoir une pâte à nouille idéal et bien proportionné avec les ingrédient pour fonctionner dans les rouleaux. Recommendation trouver une recette de pâte à nouille adapté pour votre région (amérique du nord) En dehors de ce problème, superbe machine pour mélangeur sur pied Kitchenaid relativement facile à utilisé parfait pour faire des nouilles fraîches pour le repas. Solide, facile à nettoyer.

Great product! At first I was special however i am so happy I purchased it. It works so good the dough goes very smoothly and the pasta comes out perfect.

I rarely ever give ANYTHING the full 5 stars, but I am extremely impressed. This is definitely due the full 5 star rating. I’ve been wanting to purchase a stainless steel pasta set for my Kitchenaid artisan stand mixer for quite a while now, but couldn’t find one that seemed top quality it was still affordably priced to fit within my budget. I’ve always made my pasta by hand before now, but unfortunately I recently developed pretty severe rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and knew it was time to find a pasta set or even do the unthinkable -start buying pasta from the grocery store (Eeek! Pretty sure Nonna would come back from the grave just to slap me a good one for even thinking that, lol). Anyhow - all joking aside, I finally started looking in ernest & found this particular one here on Amazon.ca a couple days ago which matched all my “must have’s”, plus it was also on sale (yay!) so I took the it was delivered literally the next day where it was then used to help make with that night’s dinner. These really are beautifully made, surprisingly heavy duty attachments with quality I’ve rarely seen when it comes to “at home” or non-commercial use. I’ve really put it through its paces the past 48 hours making lasagna noodles, spaghetti, angel hair, fettuccini & ravioli; we have a dehydrator as well as a freeze drier and I wanted to see how this set would hold up as I did a couple of months worth of different pasta at one go. It’s done everything I wanted/needed it to and then some! Couldn’t be more pleased, just sorry I waited so long to get it. I learned very early on that name brand does NOT necessarily always mean top quality and have zero issues buying dupes or off-name brand as long as they’re well made and priced competitively. This definitely fit the bill for me - even the protective packaging it came in was well thought out! Needless to say, if you’re considering buying a set I highly recommend this one. I realize I haven’t had it very long, but I know quality when I see it.
