Love the precision and quality feel. Well worth the small bump in price compared to lesser tape measures.

Need metrics for my larger scaled 3d designs and this tape fit those needs

This is a great all purpose metric tape measure. Clear markings, accurate, a good size for general use. The mm precision makes it much easier to have precise results, than working with1/8", 1/16" and 1/32" once to adjust to it. The only improvement I'd like to have is a way to brake with the index finger under the body of the tape, since I don't always want to lock the slide for quick measurements.

You can feel how cheap the plastic feels but it hasn't broken yet and I'm not all that gentle to my tools.

Mine is about half a mill off. I love Milwaukee tools and other than being a little off, this is what you would expect from them. I’ll be contacting them and letting them know and I’ll try to update

Finally I can use human units instead of freedom units. I am tired of adding up 3/16s with 5/64s and subtracting 1/8 from 3/32. Decimal fractions for the win. Great readable design, seems high quality.

I just received this tape in the mail and because I'm a skeptical lad, spent some time cross-checking it against my higher end woodworking metric measurement tools (Woodpeckers, TSO), and I was relieved to find that it's spot on, on both push and pull measurements, for measurements up to 100cm. It might remain as accurate at greater distances but I didn't check it beyond that. Hopefully it's as durable as it is accurate.

I tried to review with including a picture of the front of my thumb ripped off, but I guess that violated community guidelines. I've been using the tip of my thumb to slow down tapes for decades so the tip does not sustain impact. I'll generally let it come in fast and slow at the rivets. This tape has 1.5mm gap and play at the rivets. So the rivet can hook under your skin and rip it off. This is one of the injuries you feel for a while. I've purchased 2 of these before I found the defect. Both are the same and both are going back. This is the only thing I don't like about the tapes and a production issue. However, it is really hard to know it is fixed when purchasing virtual on Amazon.

It is easy to use, the measure tape is firm so you can hold it out an extended distance and the body measurement comes in millimeters.

Auch die Länge des Bands ist mehr als ausreichend für die meisten meiner Projekte. Alles in allem ist dieses Rollmaßband ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug in meiner Werkstatt. Es kombiniert Funktionalität, Langlebigkeit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit auf perfekte Weise. Ich kann es jedem Heimwerker und Profi uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
