The quality of this item is not something that I feel comfortable having around my infant for safety reasons.The pacifiers that came with it seem adequate. I did not get a chance to try them out though as I decided to return the item after experiencing the issue with the construction. ### ⭐⭐ Needs a few changes before it gets 5 stars. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2016* The stuff dog needs to be heavier, like stuffed with beads as well as the cotton to. This way the baby can have an easier time holding his or her pacifier in their mouth, especially if they're a baby that is under 4 months. Also the part that holds the pacifier needs to be more universal so that it can be used with other pacifiers as well. Other than that, if those changes were made, this would be a great product. When I'm driving I can just reach back and look for the dog instead of the tiny bobo. Baby is two months and still has that kung fu grip whenever something is placed in his palm.
