G8 LED Bulb Dimmable, 20W Halogen Equivalent, 120V T4 JCD Type Bi-Pin G8 Base, Warm White 3000K (6 Pack)

I have searched for LED replacement bulbs (instead of the original halogen bulbs) for my under cabinet puck lights, for a long time! They were thicker and had a rounder design that fit, but wouldn't allow me to use the glass lense covers. I will be returning them. They were the Daylight White color and I really didn't care for the cool/cold intensity or tone of that style. Then I found and ordered these and my seathe was finally over! No more dark areas on my kitchen countertops! At first, I didn't think this flatter style was going to work because the first one I installed only worked for a few minutes, then just dimly flickered. I got a response from customer service a few hours after I reached out via the email address on the front of the package of bulbs. Then I tried another one from the same package and it worked perfectly! I replaced all the remaining bulbs except one as instructed and all the bulbs worked fine and we're compatible with my dimmer. I contacted customer service again to inform them that my problem turned out to be a faulty bulb. I asked for a replacement for the defective bulb. I also asked if I needed to return the bulb. Lily told me that wouldn't be necessary and she would send another package of bulbs. They arrived a few days later! I purchased the soft/warm white and I like it much better than the original warm halogen lighting. It is a little cooler tone, but brighter and still soft. It is pleasant and I really like it! It has been a pleasure doing business with this company, as it is obviously very important to them to please their customers. I couldn't be happier with the finished effect!

UPDATE: 11/11/2020 I have updated my review form 1 star to 5 stars. As I noted below I really liked the bulbs but was frustrated with several bulbs failing quickly. I responded to the seller using the email provided with the bulbs. They very quickly and politely responded to me. As they indicated below they did indeed quickly replace the bulbs that had failed. They indicated that they have a new remanufactured bulb product with improved performance and reliability. I have replaced the problem bulbs and so far after a couple of weeks they are all functioning great. Wonderful customer service! I will come back and update later if anything changes. ................................................................................................................................................................ I liked these bulbs initially but have had nothing but problem. They look great for about a month or two...and then they start either flickering on and off...or dimming to where they are just barely glowing. Replaced with new bulbs and exact same thing happened.

I bought these bulbs to replace the old Xenon G8 bulbs in my fixtures. These fit perfectly, and the light output is bright and good color. The advantage is that they do not get at hot as the Xenon bulb and use much less electricity.. I assume since they are LED they will last a very long time also. The only issue with the bulb is that on the "dim" setting they make a very slightly detectable flickering. On the "bright" setting on my fixture, no flickering. Their customer service is VERY RESPONSIVE and explained why, although I do not think the "dim" setting flickering will be fixed. They said to leave one Xenon bulb in the fixture as a possible fix. I plan to do that in the future but I will leave my fixture on "bright" setting and they work just fine. Another item to look at is their "disk shaped" bulb with all the LED's one one side. Ive tried these and will be my go-to replacement in the future. All the light is directed downward, as you want in an under-counter fixture and they are so small they fit fine in the sockets. Summary: excellent quality and customer service. 5 stars except for technical issue but not a stopper on bright setting.

I bought these LED G8 bulbs to replace the halogen bulbs in my under-cabinet puck lights. The halogens were way to hot and were making bread or produce go bad. The LEDs were absolutely great, but after about a month they started to flicker one by one. Eventually 6 out of 8 developed flicker. I contacted the seller at [email protected] and explained my problem. Someone from customer service responded the next day and was very helpful. She told me there is a 1 year warranty and sent me a new set of 8 bulbs within a few days. She also told me they made improvements to the bulbs to eliminate the flicker. The new bulbs are a bit warmer in color and a bit dimmer, which is fine for my uses. I have had them on more than normal and no flicker yet after close to a month. I'm very happy with my purchase and will likely buy more in the future.

Good light and definitely 2700 kelvin warm white, good replacement for my old halogen G8, they do flicker on the low setting so probably not dimmable but I always keep them on the high setting so not an issue

These lights are much better than a halogen type as they take far less power.

It is quite rare that I write a review but these LED are so great that I had to. They are "truly dimmable' even with a normal dimmer i.e. one that is not desinged specifically for LED. The color is also great. I have bought numerous LED that claim that they are 'warm white' but so far, these are the only that are very similar to regular incandescent G8 bulb.

Edit: so I bought these to replace a halogen bulb with the same model number codes and specs. It didn't work, as you can see in the video, but they took them back and replaced them twice. First with a difference LED bulb meant for my fixture that didn't work and now they are sending a Halogen bulb since we've determined my fixture can't use LED. I suspect this will work since it's what we already have. They've had great customer support and I will definitely order other bulbs from them in the future.

the pins seem to be a little shorter than the original Halogens so I couldn't get them to light up so I'm hoping I can return them. shipping was timely and they were packaged fine they just didn't work in my fixtures. that's why I'm only giving 2 stars.
