These strange little things are the only thing I've found that actually keeps both nostrils open enough to let me sleep comfortably on either side (I'm a 'side-sleeper'). First time I used it I had to fiddle a bit to get the proper fit, but it made a huge difference once it settled in. It goes into the front part of the nostrils with the little 'u' shape having down ane pushed a bit forward. My only objections are the price AND the RIDICULOUS amount of packaging.

I have used this product since March 2023. Use says 90 days; however, it is still flexible and dilating my nasal passages in August 2023. It stays in really well (although I do place a tiny piece of surgical tape over the loop "just in case". It does not hurt or feel uncomfortable at all - to me. It took zero break in time. I have also used the MUTE dilator from another manufacturer, and it became really stiff and uncomfortable at ~30 days. Sizing (small) was accurate. The color option is nice because losing the clear is a pain (IF it comes out). The AIRMAX has been a lifesaver for me.

I like that the device is made of soft rubber and really doesn't bother me while I am sleeping. What I don't like is that it isn't 100 percent effective in stopping my snoring. Overall, it is an alternative to surgery.

Tried to wear it again and it was like it wouldn’t go in right anymore and it hurt. Don’t know why. Can’t explain why the fit seemed to change. Would not recommend without saying you take your chances. It was expensive. Wouldn’t return because it goes in the nose. Best of luck.

Bought for my husband, helps with snoring, but kept falling out of his nose, therefore, snoring continued. Gonna try the larger size.

Bought the small and medium. Small fits me best, but either one does the job. Very comfortable to wear while sleeping and they work ! No more breathing problems while sleeping. Easy to clean. Love them.

This product was too large for my small nostrils, instead of opening them so more air could go through, they just ended up blocking the air further.

Bf has a deviated septum and this has been the best thing we have ever found that really works. Very comfortable and easy to sleep in. He is a happy man to be able to breathe very well.
