I have both neuropathy and spinal stenosis-what are the benefits for each?

I have both also and started using this about 1.5 years after my spinal surgery because of the extreme pain. Much worse than before the surgery. I was starting to lose the use of my leg and develop drop foot along with a leg that is atrophying. Not a great prognosys. I have been using this now for about 6 months and the stiffness and curling up of my toes into a little ball is loosening it up. The muscles are relaxing and I sleep much better at night. I am still numb from the knees down but the pain I had is subsiding  if not almost gone. I must add that I am stretching out my feet and toes a couple of times a day and I think that is contributing to, dare I say, recovery. My balance is still screwed up but the doctors said they were going to have to break my toes and eventually cut them off. Nice! I have some hope that this will not be happening. I am now playing golf and walking the course sometimes. Crank the machine up. I don't pay much attention to the "mode" but put the strength up as much as you are still comfortable. A setting of 40 is where I am now. Sometimes it can get your feet jumping a bit. The object is to get the muscles to relax. I am now at least encouraged rather than in pretty deep despair. I'm 70 years old and always knew I would still be surfing and skiing at this age but somethings are not meant to be I guess.

I have nerve pain in both my leg and feet from shingles. do you think this would help. also, will this be considred  hsa eligible?
