does this product kill germ?

If you have bought this product to kill covid19 or flu viruses it is not going to work and you are actually putting yourself at risk to believe it "fights germs". 
That said it does smell nice and works well to clean and is pet friendly. It's just doesn't do anything else. Like protect you.

Question 2

Is this better than plain distilled white vinegar with water in a spray bottle?  I am trying to decide if it will work for me.

Hi Katie,White vinegar and distilled water has it's merits, for sure.  However, that combination lacks the necessary surfactants to clean up specific residues and impurities.  It is also highly acidic, which may react differently on certain surfaces.  Our product is pH balanced. No i think you would be fine. I mop my floors with this. Make sure you get the concentrate though and i literally put a quarter sized amount in and there are bubbles galore. You need very little
