The photos of this e-all-in-one model do not match each other** A: It has a smaller viewing screen. I checked this morning on HP web site as I am looking for a 2nd for our RV. The 7520 is a great printer. It does go thru a lot of ink. Someone advised printing in draft mode to save ink costs and it does help. I don't know if this model has a lower ink cost. Something to keep in mind. Hp website was selling 7520e at $150 and free shipping. I think the main difference is wireless. The e print allows you to save on their web site I believe. Check HP website to compare for sure. **Q: How can I tell that I need to replace a particular print cartridge?** A: The HP will tell you when it's low and needs to be replaced **Q: Can it handle 80lbs paper? I want to create a greeting card.** A: It handles 65 lb cardstock ok but the print head seems to have a little trouble clearing the paper. There is a sound it makes like it is hitting the edge of the paper but I am using it to print posters and business cards with no problems. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So when I replaced the old printer with the new (refurbished one) I disconnected both the USB and power cord at the printer (not the best way to do it but probably what people do ... *by A***R on December 22, 2017* This is a revised review of the refurbished printer I received from AllyStore. At first I thought that the printer was not powering up. Here is what I think happened. I already had the same model printer but it was not printing color well so I bought the refurbished one from AllyStore. When I switched printers the old printer was working (powering up) and I had used it earlier that day to print some black and white files. So when I replaced the old printer with the new (refurbished one) I disconnected both the USB and power cord at the printer (not the best way to do it but probably what people do when they are in a hurry). When I plugged the USB cord and power cord into the new printer it did not power up. When I checked a fan that was connected to the same extension cord, the fan worked so I assumed the problem was the printer. Unfortunately, I think what happened is that when I plugged the "hot" power supply into the printer, I think it blew the outlet that was on the reverse side of the power cord going to the fan so that one side of the extension cord was ok and the other side was not working. When I plugged my old printer back in and it also failed to power up, then I realized the anomalous truth (that one side of the extension cord was working and the other side was not). I am so sorry for leaving the seller negative feedback. I was going out of town the following day for an extended period so I had to quickly plug it in and try it before the return period expired. I put the new cartridges in and printed both test and a photo and the photograph turned out beautifully so all is well. That is why I am changing my rating from 1 to 5. The printer arrived on time and was exactly as advertised. If someone could tell me how to delete my old review I will do that. I should have called the seller first. Amazon did refund my money but when I learned what had happened I authorized Amazon to again deduct the payment since I was keeping the printer. So, now you know my mistake, an honest mistake but clearly wrong and no fault of the seller's. ### ⭐ Beware Second-Hand or Used Printers! *by B***N on September 12, 2021* I do not know what happened. I have never had so many troubles with this HP7520 printer before. It just suddenly stopped working. I was told it was becaus ethe printer was too old of a model; so, if they want to, they can just send a nono bullet over your household current and shoot it, so it stops working. This is the original one I had been using that had been shipped to me by Amazon. Then Amazon Third-Party sent me a replacement for the original printer which had stopped working, for it. which, stopped working, within days of being online with brand new ink catridges, as it appeared the machine was loaded with off-brand ink cartridges (designed-in sabotage?), all, almost except, in the case of the 564 XL Black ink, one of which was of the correct color, type and model. I am still awaiting the arrival of the replacement printer (which I just sent back, and am now awaiting the arrival of THAT replacement printer. Scary. Usually, HP products are pretty good....and Amazon's Service and Products, even Third-Party, too, but... I am not happy, so far... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality photos and print *by R***K on June 24, 2013* A printer that produces photos and print this good has to be highly rated. The ink is cheaper than my previous printer and I like the fact that the printing paper and photo paper is stored inside the printer.
