It was well made. Pictures were of familiar themes to young children. Colorful and the textures were great. Granddaughter loved it.

This is a great touch & feel book! It has so many textures to explore and has a cute fall theme. I highly recommend it.

My baby loves this touch and feel book.bit has so many different textures rather than reusing the same textures throughout the book. Especially loves the crinkly leaves. We read this routinely during the fall

This is such a thoughtful well-constructed book. I bought it for a 2-year-old who absolutely loves it. The textures are all very different and nicely shaded. As far as board books for toddlers go, it's probably the best one I have ever seen. I wish there was one for every season as well as holidays and other occasions. Scholastic Books were always my favorite as a child and they are still made with quality.

My granddaughter is 1yr old. She received a couple books that have parts in it that can be touched, fur, leathery, etc., and she loved these books. I came upon this book, and had to get it. She loves looking at animal touchy picture books!

I almost didn’t buy this book because of the reviews that said there aren’t many touch-and-feel components, but there are many! Here are the pages: 1. Rain- the raindrops have a slight texture but not much 2. Pumpkin - it has cushy plastic that my baby likes to push 3. Apple Harvest - the basket has real wood 4. Pinecone - it’s a little textured but not much 5. Sweater - it has a knitted sweater material (this is my baby’s favorite page) 5. School Bus - there’s shiny corrugated cardboard that also makes a fun sound when scratched 6. Falling Leaves - a leaf shape has orange foil that is a fun texture and sound 7. Colorful Tree - it has subtle glitter and is slightly bumpy 8. Fox - fake, soft fur 9. Hay - burlap 10. Acorn - faux leather 11. Birds Flying South - bumpy felt So out of 11 pages, only three aren’t in-your-face touch and feel. The rest are great! And we love that they’re real photos rather than illustrations. On the back, I see they have a winter book, which we’ll probably buy as well.

Love this story!! My daughter is obsessed with this book! It keeps her entertained for 10/15 min! Which doesn’t seem like a long time but for a 7 month old it is!!

Baby loves this book and we have so many books. Pics are engaging. The interactive piece on each page is so perfect for little fingers: a large patch of fake fur, a large piece of corrugated silver cardboard that can make noise when scraped, shiny raindrops. A lovely little book.
