The description says 8.5 by 11 but it is not that large. The paper itself is that large, but the actual edible part is much smaller. I ended up returning because this is just not what I wanted for my cakes. I need the edible part to be 8.5 by 11. But I'm still giving it 5 stars. Kopykake has, in my opinion, the best frosting sheets out there. They don't bleed - they hold up. And I love their product. I'll re-order the correct size I need. But just beware as to what size you actually need before ordering. So I thought hey, these are also Kopykake shipped by Wasserstrom Supply so should be no different....Boy was I wrong!!!! I truly believed these had to have been expired sheets, sheets exposed to extreme temperatures/ environmental conditions, or sheets placed in product packaging to mimic Kopykake products only to be a cheaper off brand version......They do not have the "smell" of Kopykake's sheets not is the texture the same....They do not melt into the cakes like supposed to....they arrived to me through the mail in the actual cardboard envelope which was crushed and dented and torn with no outer box or packaging to protect the product...the sheets inside were brittle and broken at the corners and lifting off the backing paper.....I don't know what "product" these people are claiming is "Kopykake" but I do not truly believe it is....These are not the quality that I normally get and I will not buy from this vendor ever again....In my opinion Amazon should investigate the validity of this product before allowing this company to sell anymore.
