Cheap
It is cheap, works but quality is cheap

Very CHEAP built but worth it to test before buying better.
I bought expecting bad quality, got exactly what I expected. Cheap plastic housing leaked, match stick very hard to screw back into body after removal. Flint and wick got stuck in the inside of the housing requiring narrow tweezers to get back out. Metal shroud came off within first minute only glued on with a few specks of glue. Wore away a decent amount of the striker trying to get a spark, took no less than 15 swipes to get a consistent spark but then it definitely sparks well but doesn't want to ignite. Although a crappy product they do eventually work and for the cheap price you get to try it before you buy a better version.

Extremely Dangerous Do Not Buy These
I Filled it with lighter fluid and tried and tried to light this device. And when it finally did light it flared up and caught the tank on fire causing me to drop it and spill its contents on the burning [match] and then setting my office on fire. I was able to extinguish the fire with minimal damage to the table top where I was working with it and some burned pile in my carpet. Oh and a minor burn on my left index finger.

If they don't leak fluid, they work very well.
These actually work very well unlike others I've tried. Even if they run dry you can still start a fire with the striker and ferro rod. 1 of 5 failed and started leaking fluid, very disappointing.

LIT ON THE FIRST STRIKE 🙌
Used Ronsonol lighter fluid to fill, cleaned the little bit of glue off strike rod on side by scraping it a little. Lit on the first try & relit over and over easily. Bah humbug don’t pay attention to the neg. reviews. 🙌

Works, well made and small.
I like the small size and puts off good spark.

Not Like Vintage
After ordering, I found a vintage permanent match from about thirty years ago. It made an interesting comparison. The vintage is smaller, and lacks an o-ring at the top. But it also has a type of lining to hold fluid from the top to the bottom. The newer version is only partially filled, with the result that it forms a pool of lighter fluid in the bottom. This can result in spills if tilted too far. I much prefer the top to bottom filling found in the vintage, and am somewhat uncomfortable using the new version. I found no difference in striking the vintage or this version. Both versions light equally well. There is a sort of knack to lighting a permanent match, but it it says much that there's no difference between the old and the new.
