Different sizes are a plus because of varying tightness between teeth. Eventually you can get between the stubborn back teeth but do it a little each day. Since the core is metal, you could damage your palate if you force it through. I don't know what "stretch" means but if it means ability to use more than once, I would not recommend doing that. I have a box of #2 and a box of #1 and they work well for me. Using a water pick after using these will show you how much stuff was loosened!

Once you find the right size to re-order (not difficult), these are the amazing interproximal brushes on the market. I use mine every evening, and sometimes after lunch - following up with a good brushing by an ultrasonic toothbrush. Our dental checkups have been fantastic, with the dentist always complimenting us on great flossing habits. But I very, very rarely floss, and then only when something is stuck between tight tooth surfaces.

These picksters are terrific. I have a difficult time with tartar buildup. The dentist recommended them. My recent cleanings have been excellent. You just have to make sure you get the correct size, so you may want to order a sample pack first or see if your dentist has some for you to try. I started with a sample pack from the dentist. I need three different sizes - depends on the spaces between your teeth.

Slightly surprised that this product was shipped from Wales, I found it was otherwise just what I expected, including the very handy little extension handle. These little brushes are an important factor in my dental hygiene. My dentist approves.

My teeth are very close together and this is the only place I can get pics that work with my teeth. They are very easy to use and I have them in several places. There’s a nice covering for the brush to keep it sanitary.

I purchased the o pack of 40 ra. They r horrable n bend easily. They actually could break off in between your teeth then u would need a twizzer to try to remove it. However the size 2 which I recently bought seems fine n would repurchase it

My dentist told me to buy these, and they are fabulous. They also help keep your teeth cleaner between appts. I also carry a couple with my for after dinner if something is stuck.

Since these are EXPENSIVE on a "Per Brush" basis, (Even when bought in quantity), they are GREAT ! I had never heard of this type or Brand of "Dental Pik" before, my new Dentist recommended them. Although there are cheaper types, these have a 360 degree "bristle", which ALSO comes with a cap, so reusable. (Cheaper ones ONLY have bristles on opposite sides).
