These are cheap, so I ordered another one and doubled the cost. That item did indeed arrive whole and sound. Thing is, it did not go with the Insignia CD player that it purports to be designed for. They wanted to give me a $15 gift card or something so that I wouldn't publish anything negative about them. Not worth the hassle. I'm done with them.

First order apparently got lost in the holiday shipping shuffle - it never showed up. Upbright basically said "Oh,well". These are cheap, so I ordered another one and doubled the cost. That item did indeed arrive whole and sound. Thing is, it did not go with the Insignia CD player that it purports to be designed for. They wanted to give me a $15 gift card or something so that I wouldn't publish anything negative about them. Not worth the hassle. I'm done with them.
