Hello, are there any good tutorial video to show how to remove the existing filter and install the new one? First time to install this type of filter.

I have a carrier filter housing which calls for part 88na2506mb01 replacement filter..will this item fit into my filter housing without modifications?

I would say NO.. This is for an Aprilaire setup and mine had the frame installed in the 201 housing.

Is this the pleated filter which goes inside the housing, the plastic housing or both?

This is the pleated paper filter. You have to snap the housing apart to remove the old one. You'll want to clean the housing anyway to get all the dust in the crevices. I wash mine in the sink with dish soap. Dry thoroughly, reassemble with the new filter and reinstall.

Want to make sure this will work for my filter unit which shows "Aprilaire Media Air Cleaner Model 2200" only because mine is 10 years old,thank you.

Yes, this will work with your unit. Mine was also around 10 years old. It will be different from your current unit. You will have to remove the frame with your current unit and use the frame that comes with the kit.
