It fits 1/2-inch tubing with a 0.620-inch outer diameter and can handle water pressures up to 50 PSI. The removable cap allows for easy flushing and system expansion, making it a versatile choice for any garden setup. ## Description Securely close off the end of your tubing with the ½ in. Compression End Cap. This fitting works with ½ in. distribution tubing or dripline, and has a removable cap to flush out the line as needed or to expand your system. Tubing fits into the compression ring, where an internal barb compresses the tube. Got tough tubing? Try softening the tubing material by soaking the ends in hot water or leaving them out in the sun. The compression end cap is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), a type of plastic, treated with UV inhibitors to prevent cracking. Drip irrigation systems are easy to customize, install, and operate. As part of a complete system, drip fittings are connectors that attach sections of tubing together or to other drip irrigation parts. Drip irrigation gradually and evenly waters the root zone of your plants, keeping it moist but never saturated with water. Your plants maintain the ideal balance between water and air for optimal growth and overall health. Raindrip is a leading manufacturer of drip and micro-irrigation solutions and the trusted brand of landscapers since 1972. Build, expand, or repair your system with our rigorously tested products designed to save you time and money. ## Features - EASY TO USE: This compression end plug stops the flow of water by closing the end of the 1/2 in. drip tubing or dripline - EXPAND OR CLEAN YOUR DRIPLINE: The removable cap makes it easy to flush out the line or expand the system as needed - WATERTIGHT FIT: 1/2 in. supply tubing inserts into the compression ring, where an internal barb compresses the tubing - WORKS IN A VARIETY OF AREAS: From small to large, flat or sloped; always placed at the end of the drip line - SPECIFICATIONS: Fits ½ in. tubing and dripline with outside diameter of 0.620 in.; compression ring color-coded green for 1/2 in. tubing; handles water pressures up to 50 PSI ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000BO9HPE | | Best Sellers Rank | #10,212 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #89 in Garden Hose Parts & Connectors | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (674) | | Department | Unisex-Adult | | Item Weight | 0.48 ounces | | Item model number | 303G00UB | | Manufacturer | Raindrip | | Product Dimensions | 2.5 x 1 x 1 inches | ## Images ![303G00UB 1/2-Inch Compression Hose End Cap Plug, fits 1/2-Inch Tubing or Dripline with 0.620 inch OD, Drip Irrigation, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61TyUnfpYHL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Raindrip 303G00UB 1/2-Inch Compression Hose End Cap Plug, fits 1/2-Inch Tubing or Dripline with 0.620 inch OD, Drip Irrigation, Black - Raindrip 347G00UB Compression Tee, 1/2-Inch, Drip Irrigation Fitting for Supply Tubing and Dripline, Black with Green - Raindrip 016010T 1/4 in.
