Delishious and 100% vegan!
This sauce has a really thick consistency and tastes divine! I have been using Primal Kitchen Alfredo sauces for years, and the quality has remained consistent. They are delish and 100% vegan! I am trying to learn to make my own sauces, but I have not been able to match the taste of these sauces!

Tastes good
Theses taste amazing. I was worried about the consistency, but it was great. It has no added sugars which was an extra plus. I love the cute little packaging it comes in as well.

Tasty but way too peppery
Good flavor, good consistency, and good quality. I took a star off because though the flavor is tasty, it is WAY too peppery. To the point it is overpowering. But for dairy free alfredo from a can it is good

Not good
⭐☆☆☆☆ I really wanted to like this vegan sauce, but unfortunately it was a huge letdown. The flavor was overwhelmingly artificial and had a strange aftertaste that lingered way too long. The texture was also off — kind of gummy and unpleasant. I love trying plant-based products, but this one missed the mark completely. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Kids Approve
Review for the regular, haven't tried the garlic jar, yet: I haven't had regular alfredo in years so I can only judge the general flavor and not compare it to anything. It's good but maybe just not my thing. Sometimes you just need to change it up, though. But my kids (10 & 12yrs) who do eat regular alfredo and who are fed non-vegan food by their father regularly completely loved it! I did something different and didn't serve it with pasta. I cooked cauliflower, spiral-cut zucchini, pine nuts, and fake chicken with it. Honestly, I don't think I would have gotten away with the kids eating so much zucchini without this sauce! Also, the texture was a little weird straight out of the jar so while heating it I added a bit of oat milk to thin it out just a little.

Primal Kitchen ~ Beginner’s Guide to Health
Primal kitchen is a great option for those beginning to eat vegan and/or healthy. While these are easy to add to pastas and other dishes, I personally did not care for the overall flavor. There are many options online to find recipes to make your own sauces. I would, however, recommend those who are just starting out eating vegan or healthy to at least give these a try. You can also modify them by adding your own spices to the sauce as they simmer. Primal Kitchen is exceptionally overpriced as a brand but they take advantage of those who do not have the time to make their own non~dairy options in the kitchen so that is the overall selling point.

Fatty, lumpy
Pretty gross. Fatty, lumped together in the jar. My daughter is dairy free and she tried this twice. Gross
