Will this work for post shoulder repair?

Would this be good for after breast augmentation? No uniboob?

I would say it should be. I have larger breasts (D) and sometimes get a uniboob. What I liked about this bra was that it had removable padding. I think it helped to keep everything in place. I also think the zipper in the front helps to separate a bit more than a regular sports bra. Usually, no matter what I do, the uniboob makes an appearance. With this bra it seemed to take longer to get to that point than normal. :)

I wear a 44 C/D (depending on the bra) what would be a good size for me??
