Does the house shaped tissue box sold separately fit inside of it?

No. Nothing fits inside of it. It’s a piece of crap.

What kind of Kleenex box fits the monkey?

Supposedly it fits the cubes, but we have found the monkeys only fit the round Kleenex tubes that we use to use in your car cup holders. With that said... this order was a replacement for our last monkey that had a broken zipper and when it arrived it was 2 inches shorter than the last one(despite having the identical description) and didn't fit any of our kleenex boxes. My daughter ordered a pink one from another vendor and it did fit the tube one, but I will say it is a very very snug fit.

does a tissue box fit insider? or do you just stuff in loose tissues?

I use the tissues meant to fit in the car cup holder, take them out of the container
