Does this product contain chondroitin

My understanding is that it DOES NOT contain chondroitin. In fact, this is the reason #2 I choose this brand and type, I did some research in the past, and found out that including chondroitin together with glucosamine, somehow it creates a "neutralizing" effect of each component. Since then (some 10 years now), I tried to avoid buying glucosamine combined with chondroitin. My reason #1 to buy this particular presentation is the "capsules presentation" that are really easy to swallow; to me this is a "plus" to make this a healthy daily routine. I hope this helps.

Does it have chinese skullcap in it? Mayo Clinic says that some glucosamine supplements contain this and it can cause liver damage.

No, it does not. But since supplements are not regulated, you might want to find their phone number online and give them a call just to be sure.

what is the expiration date?

The expiration date is on the side of the label, turn the bottle slowly and you will see, it has some numbers, probably a lot #, then mine says EXP 05/21 Hope this helps, I have used it for 2 months now and it seems to help, so far so good! Have a great day! CJ 🙂

what is the ratio of glucosamine to sulfate? that is, how much glucosamine in each pill?

Glucosamine sulfate is one chemical, not two. What you need to know is now much of that chemical is in each cap. The answer is 680 mg. That is a small amount, but these capsules are small enough for my wife to swallow. The caplets I take are 1500 mg, and too large for her to swallow.

Expiry date is very close

Expiry date is Jul 2021. Bottle has 240 capsules, even if I start today, expiry date will be before the botte is finished!
